Ingredients & Allergens

Ingredients for all Cupcakes & Frostings

Regardless of the flavors my ingredients will or could include the following items;

Flour (bleached & unbleached wheat), baking soda, baking powder, salt, sugar, eggs, fresh whole milk, powdered milk, vegetable oil, butter, corn starch, vanilla bean paste, vanilla extract, almond extract, lemon extract, strawberry emulsion, freeze dried strawberries, strawberry extract, cocoa powder, espresso powder, lemon extract, nutmeg, cinnamon, pumpkin puree, fresh grated carrots, pineapple, raisins, allspice, raspberry emulsion, raspberry extract, coloring as need & water. Fresh fruit toppings will vary if special requested.

ABC- American ButterCream

All my frostings are flavored American Buttercream. Yes it is one of the sweetest frostings to use but it is perfect for delicate & intricate floral designs. It will get a firm and almost crust like texture when exposed to air. Storing these cupcakes in airtight containers will decrease this effect. They are not stale or not good, it is the recipe for ABC. ABC is to be treated like soft marsh mellow, no direct sun light, cool conditions under 70 degrees or your pretty floral flowers will get glossy & fall down.

Allergens

There are no nuts or soy products used in my cupcakes or frostings. All my cupcakes are cooked, decorated & assembled in boxes not near any of these common allergens.

Dairy items such as milk, butter, cream cheese, heavy cream & eggs may be used in or on both cupcakes & frostings depending upon flavors.
